here's some ideas for how to use ur vest thingy..i'll add more if i get any more ideas...these are just some ideas..mostly to inspire you..and if anybody has any other ideas please post them in the comments

Outfit 1 -
a striped tee
*( 3/4 sleeved would look super cute)
*black to go with the vest but if u want to add some color, get a shirt with fun colored stripes
 

Outfit 2-
-a plain tee with a statement necklace
*if the shirt is white then add a more fun and colorful necklace
*even if u think it may look a little over for school dont add anymore jewelry(thou it shouldnt look to over)
 
but
*if u want to use a fun colored tee maybe add a black/siver ect necklace
*colored necklace might make outfit over the top
